The building, located near Boulevard City Riyadh in a prestigious neighborhood, features two commercial floors (ground and first), with a terrace offering views and outdoor seating. It includes an office in the annex floor and a basement for parking. The land area is 900 sqm, with a total built-up area of 1700 sqm
The technologies used
The latest technologies in architectural and structural design were used. The plans were created using Autodesk Revit, images were produced with Enscape, and structural analysis was conducted using ETABS software
